LimaBook FAQ: Troubleshooting

Start with a straightforward mail test from inside the plugin, then check your notification settings. If your host’s outgoing mail isn’t reliable, an SMTP delivery plugin usually resolves it.

This is almost always a conflict with another optimization, caching, or script-related plugin. Try disabling other plugins one at a time, or test with a default WordPress theme, to isolate the cause.

Confirm the reservation itself went through, double-check the email address on file, and have them check spam. If email delivery is inconsistent in general, SMTP is the more reliable long-term fix.
