LimaBook

Terms & conditions

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of the LimaBook website, products, hosted services, customer portal, and optional integrations. By using those services, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms shown when you purchase or activate a service.

Using LimaBook

LimaBook is a family of booking products and services for different kinds of businesses. Free products distributed through WordPress.org are provided under the open-source license stated with the applicable product. Paid LimaBook products and hosted services are licensed or supplied according to the selected product, plan, features, and number of sites purchased. Optional integrations, including Google Business Profile reviews, require an internet connection and may depend on availability and approval of third-party APIs.

Account & licenses

You are responsible for keeping your account and site secure and for ensuring that people who connect third-party services are authorized to act for the relevant business. When connecting Google Business Profile, you authorize LimaBook to use the permissions you approve to retrieve managed accounts and locations, synchronize reviews, and publish review replies you submit. You may disconnect or revoke that authorization at any time. Licenses are non-transferable between businesses without our written agreement.

Payment

Current pricing and billing terms are displayed on the applicable product, cart, or checkout page. Fees are billed as shown at purchase and are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Third-party services may have separate charges and terms.

Support

Support channels, response targets, and scope vary by product or plan as described on the Support page. We may require diagnostic information reasonably necessary to investigate a problem, but you must not send passwords, OAuth tokens, or other secrets through ordinary support messages.

Acceptable and authorized use

You must use LimaBook lawfully and only for websites, accounts, Business Profiles, locations, and data that you own or are authorized to manage. You must not use LimaBook to mislead reviewers, send abusive or unlawful replies, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or violate Google’s terms and policies or any applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LimaBook software and services are provided without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. LimaBook is not responsible for outages, restrictions, changes, suspension, or data supplied by third-party platforms such as Google. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, integrations, legal obligations, or third-party platform requirements change. The updated date will appear above. Where a material change affects how an integration uses data, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required before using data for a new purpose.
