No refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed, including for unused licenses, change of mind, or incompatibility with third-party themes or plugins.
We encourage you to review the product’s feature list and use the free version where available before purchasing a paid plan, so you can confirm it fits your needs in advance.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel an active subscription at any time from your LimaBook account to stop future renewals. Cancelling does not refund any amount already charged, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — contact us and we will review it.
